Cerquit ATOM process flow can be summarized as:
Step 1 – Audio files are sent via FTP; Each client will have its own designated FTP folder. Cerquit ATOM is also open for clients using other dictation providers, which has service/capability to connect to FTP.
Step 2 – ATOM Dispatcher processes the audio files accordingly then saves them to the ATOM Core ready for jobs distribution to the production team. ATOM dispatcher is also capable of automatically routing jobs to pre-determined users of the system.
Step 3 – By turn-around time and priority, the transcriptionists are being queued of jobs on the File Pool of the ATOM application. Transcriptionists should pick from this pool and ATOM manages which job (according toTurn-Around Time and Priority) to assign to his Dashboard.
Step 4 – After transcribing, jobs are queued to the editors' File Pool of the ATOM application, in order of turn-around time and priority. Editors should again pick from this pool but ATOM manages which job (according to Turn-Around time and Priority) will be assigned to his Dashboard.
Step 5 – QA analysts pick jobs from the QA pool, jobs are picked according to Turn-Around time and Priority as well.
Note: Each user (MT, Editor, QA) has their own Dashboard where in auto-routed files, administrator-assigned files, and manually-picked files from File Pool are listed accordingly.
Step 6 – All procedures and documents are being saved in the ATOM Core. Data is updated real time and is readily accessible for clients or production administrators via web.
Administrator overlooks and monitors all activities of the ATOM production system and can also explicitly assign jobs to any users of the production system. Assigned jobs will automatically be queued on the user’s Dashboard.
Step 7 - All transcriptions are easily downloadable, faxable, and printable via web. Clients just needs access on the ATOM Client system. The next release of ATOM Client will also cater accessing clients’ transcriptions via mobile web.
